Recently we had blogged about Video JS – HTML5 Video Player, having full fallback to flash, in case of the client browser not supporting HTML5. Here is another video player called FlareVideo whch supports MP4 and FLV for all browser, Ogg for firefox and MP4 and MOV for safari. The player is open-source and free, and supports custom themes along with the 3 default themes (default, vimeo and sotify.)
